Snack production worker

Candidates: Men, women up to 45 years old.

Workplace: Słupsk.

Salary:
— 21.30 zł/hour net with Pit-2 signed;
— 20.70 zł/hour net without Pit-2 signed;
— 22.30 zł/hour net after working more than 240 hours/month;
— 21.80 zł/hour net if there is one unexcused absence per month;
— 28.10 zł/hour net for students (with student certificate);
— 4500–5500 zł/month average salary.

Work schedule:
— Monday to Friday (Saturday, sometimes working);
— Sunday off;
— First shift from 06:00–18:00;
— Second shift from 14:00–00:00;
— Night shifts in the washing process from 18:00–06:00;
— On average, 230–250 hours/month.

Accommodation:
— Housing costs 500 zł/month (deducted from salary);
— Housing outside the city costs 300 zł/month (deducted from salary);
— Compensation for personal housing rental +1 zł/hour;
— Must have own bedding and dishes.

Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.

Required documents: Employment possible under visa-free regime, visa, residence card.

Responsibilities:

For women:

— Working with scales (olives, shrimp, salads);
— Packing products;
— Stuffing olives and peppers with cheese;
— Rolling flatbreads with various fillings;
— Labeling;
— Cleaning the workspace;
— Working in the washing area.

For men:

— Working in the warehouse;
— Packing products;
— Preparing shipments;
— Working in the kitchen;
— Cutting and preparing vegetables;
— Filling the machine with cheese for stuffing vegetables;
— Assisting with unloading goods;
— Cleaning the premises.

Requirements:

— Basic knowledge of Polish is required.

Additional information:

— Transportation to the workplace costs 130 zł (50% covered by the employer);
— Free work clothes and shoes provided if working at least 3 months (otherwise 93 zł deducted for shoes);
— Temperature at the facility is between +12 and +15 degrees;
— 200 zł deducted from salary for the medical commission and sanitary book;
— Jewelry, artificial nails, and eyelashes are prohibited at the facility;
— No prior work experience required.
