Production and packaging worker for semi-finished products

Candidates: Men and women up to 55 years.

Work location: Koziegłowy.

Registration city: Poznań.

Salary:
— 23 zł/hour net;
— 29.48 zł/hour net for students under 26 (with student certificate);
— +0.50 zł/hour net for night shifts and when working over 190 hours per month.

Work schedule:
— Monday to Friday;
— Saturdays may be required based on company needs;
— First shift: 06:00–14:00;
— Second shift: 14:00–22:00;
— Occasional night shifts;
— Workdays may sometimes extend to 10–12 hours/day;
— Option to take overtime hours;
— 30-minute break provided.

Accommodation:
— Only with private housing.

Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.

Required documents: Employment possible under visa-free regime, visa, residence card.

Responsibilities:

— Applying sauce;
— Assembling sandwiches;
— Weighing;
— Wrapping in food paper;
— Preparing products for transportation;
— Portioning wings and nuggets into plastic containers;
— Packing containers into cardboard boxes;
— Sorting finished products into boxes and maintaining cleanliness at the workstation.

Additional information:

— Work processes are conducted on the production line;
— The facility is spacious, bright, and free of unpleasant odors;
— Complete absence of visible makeup (no false eyelashes, mascara, brightly colored lipstick), jewelry, piercings, and nails should be bare and of minimal length;
— The facility has a fully equipped dining area with unlimited access to tea and coffee, hot soup, and house-made products (nuggets, wings);
— Vending machines with food, coffee, and drinks are also available;
— Separate changing rooms for men and women;
— Designated smoking area on the premises;
— Temperature in the facility ranges from +3 to +12 degrees (depending on the department);
— Employer provides work attire (caps, gowns, gloves, shoes), but comfortable and warm personal clothing is required under the uniform;
— Parking available on site;
— 200 zł deducted from the first salary for a sanitary book;
— 150 zł deducted from the first salary for a medical examination.
