Candidates: men and married couples. Age from 20 to 45 years.
City of work: Wrocław (Biskupice-Podgórne).
Salary: PLN 18/hour (net).
Work schedule: 12-hour shifts, 4 working days / 2 days off (additional weekend shifts are possible).
Breaks: 2 breaks of 20 minutes each.
Accommodation: Free, provided by the employer. Good living conditions.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.
Required documents: Polish work visa. Visa-free employment is possible if there are vacancies.
Job responsibilities: The employee starts at the initial stage. Their tasks include operating machinery, which involves two areas: the mixer (the employee's tasks include manually loading the appropriate amount of material and loading it with the help of a manual crane (maximum weight of the loaded material is 15-20 kg)), working with a touch panel, and monitoring parameters (about 10 parameters to check). Additionally, the employee may be assigned to clean the line and the recently built hall, which meet the 5S criteria (employees are additionally instructed in this area).
Additional Information
Work clothes are issued at the factory: shoes, overalls, gloves, a cap and a mask. Upon leaving, the employee must return the overalls, locker keys and badge. Otherwise, their cost will be deducted from the salary;
A one-time charge of 75.00 zl is made for making a PESEL.
Transport is provided by the employer.
Before the briefing, each employee MUST undergo a medical examination according to the employer's criteria.
The introduction of a new employee occurs gradually and in stages.
