HUTCHINSON RUBBER SEALS MANUFACTURING PLANT

Candidates: men, women, and couples aged 25 to 50 years old (older candidates can be considered on an individual basis, up to 55 years old if in good physical condition).

Workplace and contract: Łódź.

Monthly rate: 3900.00 PLN (gross).

Monthly bonus: up to 500.00 PLN (gross) (individual bonus 150.00 PLN gross, attendance bonus 150.00 PLN gross). Bonuses are not always at maximum levels. Night shifts receive a 20% allowance. Overtime: on workdays, a 50% allowance, Saturday - 100%, Sunday - 200% (double pay).

Transport subsidy: 130.00 PLN (gross).

Work schedule: depends on the department. For line servicing, the schedule is as follows: 4 days in the first shift (05:45-13:45), one day off, 4 days in the second shift (13:45-21:45), one day off, 4 days in night shifts (21:45-05:45), two days off (always after night shifts). Also, workdays can fall on Saturdays and Sundays. If the worker follows this schedule, there's an opportunity to receive an additional +550.00 PLN (gross) for a full month worked.

For the extrusion department, work is from Monday to Friday in three shifts: 05:45-13:45, 13:45-21:45, 21:45-05:45. Each week is a different shift.

Accommodation: hostel, with approximately 3-5 people per room. Nearby there's a shop and a pharmacy. The employer provides a housing allowance of 600.00 PLN (gross) for the first 2 months only. Therefore, employees live rent-free for the first two months. For the next four months, there's only a housing subsidy. This means that 300.00 PLN (net) (50% of the housing cost) is deducted from the salary. Workers must arrange their own transportation to work using public transport (buses, trams). The employer provides a transport subsidy of 130.00 PLN (gross) per month.

Type of employment contract: Probationary employment contract (initially signed with the employee for 3 months, then for a year).

Required documents: visa, biometric passport (valid for at least 3 months), the candidate must be available to work officially for at least 91 days.

After the first month of work, documents need to be submitted for a residence permit (payment of 450.00 PLN + 50.0 PLN + the cost of a photo = approximately 520.00 PLN).
