Greenhouse seedling production worker

Candidates: Men and women up to 49 years.

Work location: Święta.

Registration location: Bydgoszcz.

Salary:
— 20.30 zł/hour net;
— 28.10 zł/hour net for students (with a valid student certificate).

Work schedule:
— 5–6 days per week;
— 12 hours/day;
— A 30-minute break is provided.

Accommodation:
— Housing costs 300 zł (deducted from salary);
— 3–4 people per room;
— A separate room is provided for couples.

Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.

Required documents: Employment possible under visa-free regime, visa, residence card.

Responsibilities:

— Operating machines that automatically cede soil-filled boxes;
— Packaging seedlings.

Additional information:

— Permanent work;
— Not piecework-based;
— No heavy lifting required;
— Smoking is prohibited in the workplace;
— Good vision required (glasses are acceptable);
— Medium body size preferred (due to narrow pathways between plants);
— Work involves a bent-over position;
— Sanitary book provided by the employer;
— Free transport to the workplace is provided;
— Own work clothes required;
— Weekly advance of 350 zł provided;
— Salary is paid between the 15th and 20th of each month to a bank account.
