Candidates: men, women, and couples under 50 years old.
Workplace: Gorzów Wielkopolski (near Szczecin).
Salary: 20 PLN per hour (net). Provided 300 PLN bonuses for perfect attendance, and an additional 250 PLN bonus for excellent performance. If all work in a single night shift from 22:00 to 06:00, they receive an additional +500 PLN (gross). The employment contract includes paid vacation, sick leave, additional payments of +50% for overtime, +20% for night shifts, and +100% for working on holidays.
Monthly salary ranges from 3000 to 3700 PLN. Work schedule: 2 shifts from 6:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00 + 20 additional hours, occasionally working on Saturdays.
Accommodation: provided free of charge by the employer. Houses, hostels, rooms for 2-4 people, with all amenities and internet. There is a shared kitchen for several rooms, and laundry facilities.
The employer may accommodate couples together, but does not guarantee separate accommodations. Transportation to the workplace costs 96 PLN per month.
Type of employment contract: Umowa o pracę (employment contract), with the possibility of extension.
Required documents: work visa (minimum 3 months) or biometrics.
Requirements:
Good manual dexterity.
Neatness, discipline, and attentiveness.
Similar work experience is welcomed.
Additional information:
In some cases, there may be a need for payment for accommodation reservation.
For contract extensions longer than 6 months, the employer will assist in obtaining an annual invitation or residence card valid for up to 3 years.
Responsibilities:
Working on the production line.
Packaging various components for televisions, assembling them together.
Applying labels.
Inserting finished components into monitors.
There may be work as a Logistics Worker (continuous movement role, transporting components from warehouse to production using carts).
There may be work as a Warehouse Worker and Forklift Operator (work in the warehouse, loading/unloading goods).
