Overview

Candidates: Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old.

Work location: Bydgoszcz.

Registration location: Bydgoszcz.

Salary:
— 23 zł/hour on L3 with Pit-2 signed;
— 22 zł/hour on L3 without Pit-2 signed;
— 22 zł/hour on L2 with Pit-2 signed;
— 21 zł/hour on L2 without Pit-2 signed;
— 28.10 zł/hour net for students (with student ID);
— 5500–6500 zł/month average salary.

Work schedule:
— Monday to Friday;
— Opportunity to work on Saturdays (optional);
— Average of 240–260 hours/month.

8-hour shifts:
— First shift: 06:00–14:00;
— Second shift: 14:00–22:00;
— Third shift: 22:00–06:00.

12-hour shifts:
— First shift: 06:00–18:00;
— Second shift: 18:00–06:00.

Accommodation:
— Housing costs 400 zł/month (deducted from salary);
— Compensation of +1 zł/hour for renting private accommodation;
— Own bedding and kitchenware required.

Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.

Required documents: Employment possible with visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.

Additional information:

— A trial is required before starting work;
— The first two weeks of training involve 8-hour workdays;
— After training, work shifts increase to 12 hours/day;
— 100 zł is deducted from salary for the medical examination;
— Good eyesight is required;
— Strong manual skills are necessary;
— Work involves using a computer, multimeter, and soldering station.

Responsibilities:

— Diagnosing electronic devices;
— Identifying and fixing defects in electrical circuits;
— Determining components that need replacement;
— Disassembling and assembling electronic parts;
— Updating software;
— Replacing casings;
— Conducting functional tests to confirm proper execution of work.

Requirements:

— Similar work experience or proficiency with a soldering iron is required;
— Must be able to use a computer;
— Communicative level of Polish is required.
