Warehouse worker (efficiency bonus)

Candidates: men and women up to 45 years old.

Salary: 15 PLN net per hour (first 2 weeks), then increased to 16 PLN/hour depending on experience, productivity (number of collected units), and efficiency. Workers under 26 years receive a rate 1 PLN higher.

Work schedule: Mon–Sat, 12-hour shifts (floating schedule, partly night shifts). Monthly workload: 280–300 hours.

Contract type: Umowa zlecenie.

Required documents: Polish work visa from 2.5 months. Visa-free employment is possible.
