Auto Parts Production (Schneider)

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 50 years old

City of work: Radomierz (near Jelenia Góra)

Salary:

• 4250 PLN gross
• 3100–4000 PLN net with bonuses and allowances
• 22 PLN allowance for washing work clothes

Additional payments:

• +50% overtime on working days
• +100% overtime at night, weekends, and holidays
• +30% night shifts
• +320 PLN net/month if living in own accommodation

Bonuses:

• 400–550 PLN gross (depending on mastered workstations)
• 200 PLN gross (no absences)
• 50 PLN gross (Saturday – 1st shift)
• 100 PLN gross (Saturday – 2nd/3rd shift)

Accommodation:
450 PLN/month. Housing in Jelenia Góra (apartment or hostel, 2–4 people/room).
Free transport to work provided. Deposit 100 PLN (refundable).

Documents:
Visa or visa-free (minimum 3 months). Assistance with residence card possible.
